Manager, Sales Enablement Job in Reston 20190, Virginia US

Software AG is seeking a Manager, Sales Enablement to ensure the readiness of the global sales organization to deliver on the company strategy and goals. This will include developing and implementing sales enablement strategy, programs and communications as well as monitoring and analyzing effectiveness of sales enablement against goals.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Actively engage with sales to understand strategies and challenges
- Align with relevant business units to understand offerings and go-to-market strategies
- Design and execute global sales enablement programs such as communications, collaborative environments, sales tools and presentations, sales trainings with the appropriate internal and external subject matter experts
- Develop localized curriculum and programs as required to support key markets
- Identify and leverage sales enablement best practices from outside of Software AG
- Ensure programs work within allocated budget

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors, Business Administration preferred

4 Years Experience

Ideal candidate will have experience in:
- Sales, Marketing, and/or onboarding/training
- Global, B2B technology company
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong proficiency in PPT design
- Salesforce.com end user (a plus)
- Camtasia and/or Articulate (a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills- especially with global, virtual teams
- Ability to motivate cross-functional teams to produce quality materials within established timeframes
- Ability to facilitate group meetings

English required - German, Spanish or others are a plus
