Primary Focus:
Competitive North American energy supplier seeks experienced manager in sales training and performance coaching. The Manager of Sales Training and Performance Coaching will supervise training and development programs for employees via management and rejuvenation of an on-line learning system and knowledge base tool.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences and workshops
- Ensure that knowledge base tool is kept up to date with most current material
- Review data related to user access and feedback on various materials in order to continuously improve the structure of on-line training and knowledge base tools
- Responsible for the storage of on-the-job training materials in user friendly accessible formats on knowledge base tools
- Accountable for online learning percentage utilized and employee scores on competed modules
Qualifications:
- 10+ years experience in training development and management
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proven successful track record of sales training and performance coaching
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong PC and software skills, including spreadsheet, database and word processing applications
- Strong organizational, developmental and analytical skills; ability to develop reports, policies and procedures
