Responsible for the development and improvements to the Interiors' SiOP/IBP process, which includes providing direction to SiOP coordinators within in each business, ensuring proper process discipline and the ability to provide consolidated Interiors level results for Inventory and Revenue Forecasts.
Responsible for identifying and supporting root cause resolution of Inventory variances to plan
Responsible for identifying and supporting root cause resolution of Revenue variances to plan, which includes Past Due Burn Down planning
Responsible for the Implementation of SAP at Interiors sites, which includes staffing the project team, budget development and execution, business requirements definition, policy issue resolution, data extract generation, design solution testing, and go-live activation

Responsible for the Support of SAP eRFS tickets for all Interiors sites, which includes timely resolution of system Break/Fixes and identification, escalation, prioritization, and completion of Enhancement requests

Responsible for the effective utilization of the following strategic software tools that facilitate operation processes and SiOP: SAP, Autotime, Datapass, Aerovantix, Business Warehouse/Business Objects, Aftermarket Provisioning

Act as a liaison between the Goodrich Enterprise SGS and the Interiors division to identify SAP issues, resolve problems and escalate to senior management staff when appropriate.

Represent Interiors on the SAP Support Council and through any enterprise advisory board processes.

Drive standardization and optimization in all operations processes across Interiors.

Provide oversight and managerial support to the Centralized Material Master group

Assist in setting up of any new divisional objectives (i.e. new plant's, LCC's, organizational changes, new products, acquisitions, business rationalization, etc.).

Minimum of 8 years' relevant experience
. Must understand business strategies and have a high level understanding of the business flow
Prior experience implementing an SAP system or other large scale project
Prior aerospace industry experience preferred

Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate diversified teams, as manage the vision and purpose of the support team members
Must be proficient at managing and measuring work loads as well as have very strong decision making and administrative abilities
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Strong customer relationship management skills
Excellent communications and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers and within all levels of management
Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task
Must be viewed as a leader in the current SBU and have built appropriate relationships
Ability to work in geographically diversified teams, and to guide and motivate geographically dispersed team members
