Manager SCC Consulting and Audits( Job Number: O-DPII-Manager SCC) Description Summary: This position is responsible for management of the Distribution Consultants, as well as the Audit Program. This position also provides support for Facility Planning, Construction/Renovation and Equipment Consulting. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES (35%) Directs and Coordinates All Distribution Consultant Activities (Team Leadership) Provide vision and direction to all distribution consultants. Develop understood, measurable goals for each team member that drives results. Create a culture where exceptional people desire to work to their highest level and are appreciated for their performance. Foster individual relationships with each member of the team. Effectively communicate with all team members via individual discussion, team meetings and clearly written documents. Promote team member development through assessment tools, planning and specific goals. Positively impact Franchisee SCC performance (EBIDTA, Key Indicators, Operating Costs, etc.). (30%) Implement the Commissary Audit Program Provide direction and support to Distribution Consultants (auditors). Maintain International commissary audit database. Make recommendations on improvements to database. Ensure DPII audit goals are met. Provide feedback on audits and action plans to ensure that the International distribution system meets or exceeds current standards. Develop audit team through calibration exercises, training and communication to field. Determine additional needs of the audit, as well as getting all final approvals on any suggested changes or improvements. Communicate with all involved parties evaluating the current needs of the audit. Recommend changes; including improvements, additions and deletions. Communicate, document in the audit form itself, and train updates to team conducting audits. Conduct commissary audits as needed to stay proficient. (35%) Facility Planning, Construction/Renovation Assist Franchisees with strategic SCC planning, including design and spatial analysis. Provide AutoCAD drawings and RFP specifications. Provide equipment recommendations and specifications. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors Degree with other business experience or minimum of 5 to 10 years experience Domino's Pizza Distribution or related experience 3-5 years in food quality/manufacturing Minimum 3 year of supervisory experience Experienced in strategic business planning for multi-unit organizations HACCP certification and strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Operating Procedures in a food manufacturing plant Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good product/equipment knowledge and troubleshooting skills Proficient in computer design tools (CAD) Ability to travel 35%
