Manager / Senior Manager with Capital Markets Group recruitment
Capital Markets Group offers:
• Experience assisting clients raising capital through debt and equity transactions, both domestically and internationally;
• Exposure / training / participation in delivery in a variety of capital markets areas as our services span the life cycle of a listing - they can range from an IPO diagnostic and assistance with selecting the market/exchange, to on-going support in dealing with the regulators and exchanges;
• Technical expertise on the preparation of prospectuses, comfort letters and related matters
• Participation in business development activities for both core assurance work that includes a capital market element, as well as for capital market advisory services
• Participation in, and development of, thought leadership and marketing activities including speaking engagements;
Candidate’s Profile:
- University Degree in Finance/ Economics /Accounting
- 5+ years of experience in audit and accounting or relevant financial position in the appropriate industry sector
- Prior capital market experience
- ACCA/CPA/ACA or similar qualification is a must
- Good working knowledge of English language (both oral and written), Russian language is an advantage
- Excellent team leader and player able to supervise a group of people and deliver outstanding results
