We manage over 90 credit programs for America's most recognized retailers, helping them sell more and improve customer loyalty. Responsibilities Leads strategic thinking for operational needs for the business and how it can best be achieved. Responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of Strategic Markets programs. Works with leaders across the business to set agenda for future technology and operational capability build out. Maniacal focus on high quality customer service. Develop and manage short and long range planning of Strategic Markets capabilities tied to Strategic Markets business growth goals. Publish on-going capability roadmap Partner with external sales and market exploration associates on pipeline prospects and determine/leverage unique needs, system and/or process changes Act as an educator and consultant through development and signoff of requirements for new implementations Owner of Client Business Center capability Manage senior level internal operational relationships. Manage external operational relationships (call centers are an example) Work with internal technology groups to build capabilities and buy-in for future capabilities Tracks operational issues and drives root cause analysis to identify problems and build solutions Qualifications A minimum of five (5) years experience in card or dealer based operations environment Two (2) years operations leadership experience Previous management consulting a plus Demonstrated track record of building new operations capabilities in rapid growth environment Demonstrated ability to manage an negotiate outsourced operations capabilities Excellent verbal and written communication and analytical skills Strong strategic thinking skills Previous management consulting a plus Ability to prioritize multiple activities and complex projects simultaneously Aptitude for creativity, detail, and accuracy Strong business and financial acumen Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook Compensation and Benefits Alliance Data offers a competitive salary, a comprehensive selection of benefit options including 401(k).
