• Mapping of short term goals and long term goals for the business and functional areas.

• New initiatives business analysis, strategy design, and implementation.

• Balanced Scorecards – You should have been involved in implementing / monitoring BSC’s at a decent level you should have actually understood the BSC process of formulation and monitoring.

• To assist in business performance reviews and analysis on achieving overall goals.

• Project management –have the project management experience that can drive the required strategic changes that we need as an organization.

• Deep involvement in annual business planning process to aid cross organizational alignment and strategic coherence.

• Conduct Strategic Business analysis to monitor achievement of long term goals.

• Identify key strategic gaps and drive business lines to develop strategies to fill gaps identified.

• To embed strategic monitoring and control processes into the organization.
