Manager – Team Portfolio administration & Re-balancing recruitment
Position
• Supervise and co-ordinate the team (7+)
• Govern the team and the processes as a Service center, developing strong relationship with Financial Markets
• Establish Portfolio “rebalancing” as point of reference for clients
• Act as a major contributor to projects across the organization, in Switzerland and internationally
Profile
You are a dynamic / proactive manager with a strong experience (5 / 7 years) in a similar position in an international bank servicing large private clients
- University degree, qualifications in banking and finance a plus
- Very good knowledge of “Model portfolios management”, including rebalancing and related orders management (experience of Orders Management Systems, for example IBM OTMS application expected)
- Strong client / sales orientation orientation, ability to interact with front and back offices
- Advanced knowledge of markets and of investments products
- Communication skills and proven team work orientation; Ethical standards and integrity
The selection process will pay particular attention to the soft skills of the candidate (negotiation skills, ability to work under pressure) and to the effective track record. The ideal candidate is 30 to 40 years old. A banking experience is mandatory. The position is offered to Swiss citizens and to EU nationals. The job location is near Geneva.
