PwC's Technology Projects team helps our clients leverage and build on their current technology to enhance capability and ensure they are aligned and equipped to meet the needs of the business.

The Infrastructure practice focuses on effectively transforming existing technology, people, processes and information system investments into new and improved business capabilities. There are three core service offerings – Data Centre Solutions, IT Service Management and Networking, Convergence, Connectivity Collaboration.

The IT Service Management offering aims to improve IT's performance by transforming the way IT organisations deliver high quality, cost-effective compliance and innovative services to the business. We currently require a Manager to join our team in an effort to support the growth of our Business in Sydney in Melbourne.

As a trusted client advisor you will be involved in delivering engagements on behalf of our clients in areas such as:

You will also be responsible for mentoring and coaching junior team members and refining your business development skills to assist in the growth and success of the team.

To be successful in this role you will require a provide record of success managing service management teams in a senior role and have the confidence and technical ability to consult at many levels. You will be ITILv3 certified, ideally a v3 expert and will have experience in IT Business Process Re-Engineering utilising industry best practices including PMI, ITIL, COBIT, CMMI etc. You will require experience in implementing or running an IT Service Management capability as well as exposure to account management and support relative to achieving clients' ITSM related program and improvement objectives. Your success will be underpinned by a detailed understanding of IT trends and market drivers as well as the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment. You will have excellent communication skills and impeccable presentation which will support your role in developing and maintaining strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
