A fantastic opportunity has arisen with client of ours, a Corporate Finance Boutique, based in Paris, for a Manager/Senior Manager position.
Responsibilities :
As a Manager TS, you'll be in contact with national and international clients with the aim to understand the key issues, to determine the right approach and to make the preliminary analysis of the financial risks and the opportunities.
You role involve different missions in Buy-side due diligence, Sell-side due diligence (VDD), Financial analysis, Preparation of pro forma accounts... on the behalf of industrial and commercial clients, financial institutions... in France and abroad.
You take over the supervision, the development and the evaluation of a team.
You have an excellent knowledge of your evironnement, your expertise will make the difference.
Your profile:
You have a UK chartered accountancy qualification and have gained minimum 5 years of transaction services experience within the Big 4.
Bilingual in English and French, you want to continue your career in an international environment.
