Manager | Treasury | Singapore
My client is a leading International Bank and we are recruiting for a Front Office Treasury candidate at the AVP level for their expanding Treasury team in Singapore. This Treasury candidate will oversee Risk and Cash Management, and this role is part of expansion within the Treasury team.
The Treasury team sits as part of the Treasury desk and they handle Cash Management for the Bank. This role is a regional Treasury position.
Our ideal Treasury candidate for this Treasury role should have strong Treasury, Cash Management of Foreign Exchange experience. Candidates should also understand Liquidity and have experience across Corporate Treasury, Assets Liability Management, Basel (Liquidity) or a related field. Candidates should have at least 5 years of working experience in a Treasury related role.
Some responsibilities of the Manager, Treasury (AVP) role:
- Handle funding, treasury and cash management; handle capital and liquidity requirements for the Bank
- Oversee the Foreign Exchange and Money Markets deals for the firm
- Manage cash flow for Asia offices
- Ensure efficient and effective frameworks and policies are in place in regards to Treasury and Liquidity
- Manage a team of junior staff in regards to Treasury matters
