Our client is a dynamic, fast growing investment management company with significant international footprint and is continuing to aggressively expand its presence in Asia Pacific.

You will identify and lead in policy reviews on performance measurement methodologies and valuation parameters. This involves extensive study of academic research and market practices. You liaise with internal stakeholders on valuation parameters and transaction structuring discussions. Analyse performance metrics data and provide analysis and recommendations. Manage audit requirements and processes on performance metric results. Manage investment performance reporting requirements to internal external stakeholders by preparing the relevant performance and benchmarking data. This is a highly visible role to senior management and front office.

The ideal candidate should be degree qualified preferably in a quantitative and analytical discipline. Knowledge of accounting, valuation, corporate finance and Economic Value Added (EVA) concepts will be an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience using Bloomberg, Factset and Hyperion would be a strong plus. Meticulous with strong interpersonal and organizational skills are required. Ability to work well and manage a team is essential.
