Manager/Senior Manager – Investment Due Diligence & Valuation Modeling recruitment
This position will be based in Singapore. The role primarily focuses on undertaking financial due diligence and conducting periodic valuation business modeling review for the buy-side. Helps formulate strategy and evaluate and provide an independent perspective on MA transaction deals.
To succeed in this role you will require the following demonstrable skills and attributes:
- Three to six years of COMBINED experience in conducting investment / Financial / Commercial Due Diligence and solid hands-on financial/valuation modeling for the buy-side
- Strategic MA advisory experience, Regional experience of MA Strategy Target Search, Market Entry Strategy and Post-Deal Strategic Repositioning
- Skills in the fundamental analysis of company financials
- High level of competence in financial modeling/valuation and due diligence is a MUST
- Experience in the operations and corporate planning/development functions is a major plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills, especially in Powerpoint
- Candidates ideally should be based in Singapore currently
