Our client, a global leader in MA advisory which has experienced rapid growth in terms of revenue, number of completed deals and coverage in China, is currently seeking a Corporate Finance Mergers Acquisitions Manager/Senior Manager for their Hong Kong office. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and/or executing MA transactions, origination, marketing and execution of corporate finance engagements and project management and coordination of due diligence activities. The successful candidate will be -
Excellent academics with a relevant professional qualification
Minimum 5 years corporate finance and/or transaction advisory experience gained from esteemed banks, professional firms or corporations
Firm understanding of valuation techniques
Proficient spoken and written English
Fluent Mandarin a strong preference
Strong communication, presentation, analytical and project management skills
