Manager/Senior Manager Product Analyst (Analytics) recruitment
Responsibilities
You responsible for partnering with the product team and providing analytics to support the growth of our key lines of business by looking at a numeric data of the core retail banking products such as cards, loans, mortgages, checking, savings and time-deposit accounts. While providing Analytical expectations from the cash flow of a product and marketing interactions that influence customer decisions to help improve product yield.
You will be utilizing regression models and refined mathematical models to implement product behavioral dynamics between influence decision making and marketing activities taking into account of risk and data based marketing which can influent the outcome. Work with key stake holders and communicate upwards and across geographies is a must.
This role will directly report to the Group Head.
Requirements
You should have at least 5 years’ experience in database analytics with 3+ years’ experience in retail/consumer banking. You must Disciplined with a University degree relating in numeric, with excellent people management and communication skills, while begin aware of Cultural sensitivity. Multi country experience is preferred and would put the candidate at an advantage, with Credit risk experience will be treated as a plus too. Good working knowledge of statistical and utilizing Statistics tools such as SAS and Microsoft Office tools
