Managing Consultant – Operations / Technology Change recruitment
Catalyst is an independent, specialist Technology and Operations consultancy that works with many of the top financial markets organisations in the City. We focus on Operations and Technology transformational change activities and are looking for senior Operations and/or Technology managers/directors to apply their extensive knowledge and experience in advising and delivering work to our clients. We aim to offer our consultants careers which provide a variety of interesting engagements, as well as personal and skills development, in a mature, politics-free, entrepreneurial environment.
We are looking for the skills, experience and gravitas expected of a senior level individual in the Capital Markets Technology and/or Operations sector. You will:
- have a strong academic background
- be a successful manager or director with experience of delivering process and structural change across Operations functions in Capital Markets
- have excellent, hands-on knowledge and experience of various asset classes (eg FI, FX and Listed/OTC Derivatives) and operating models
- ideally have exposure to impending regulatory-driven change initiatives
- probably have worked within a consulting firm (and indeed may be/have been frustrated by the size, rigid structure /or politics)
Your core skillset will include excellent business analysis and project programme management and you excel in your roles, in part, through your excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
