MANAGING CONSULTANT FINANCIAL SERVICES ASIA recruitment
You could be based anywhere in North Asia – preference though is Hong Kong, Beijing or Shanghai (if in China then native Mandarin is required)
You will need to have 5+ years of experience in banking operations or finance across the back and middle office and interested to take this experience to a more entrepreneurial and diverse program environment
You will need to be articulate, confident and credible – able to unravel the challenges of banks in Asia, implement strategies, analyse processes and confident to provide advisory to both china and international banks
Key projects will include;
• Strategic transformation to operations operating models
• Process analysis and enhancement
• Business change and transformation
• Advisory around regulatory effects on back and middle office systems
