An exceptional Managing Director is required to head up a major change initiative spanning operations. The successful candidate will lead a team tasked with managing the banks concerns around product classification, risk and finance. The overall team will have regular interaction with senior stakeholders (CXO level), product teams, programme sponsors and multiple areas of the organisation. This is an integral role, pivotal to the success of the overall programme, hence only the highest calibre candidates will be considered.
To be successful, you will be able to demonstrate;
Experience working within a large, complex Investment Bank at an MD level; Cross functional, Cross asset class, Cross business experience on a global scale; Leading large scale global teams and Managing large budgets.
