As our Managing Director, working from a home office in Philadelphia, PA and traveling to client sites 60% of the time, your primary mission will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with your clients while ensuring quality on large, enterprise software implementation projects spanning multiple functions, organizations, geographic regions and cultures. You will serve as the trusted advisor and escalation point for our clients for the full customer lifecycle starting with pre-sales going through completion of the project into the next project. Your experience implementing Supply Chain solutions relating to SOP, supply planning, demand management, etc. and knowledge of the related business processes will allow you to quickly become a trusted advisor for clients. Having this experience as an employee of an enterprise software company will be an added bonus as this will better position you to handle the unique challenges of providing services for your companies own software solutions vs. implementing third party software through a consultancy. Your experience managing a professional services team, and overseeing project quality, budgets and timelines for multiple active engagements will be vital. This oversight will help you ensure excellent customer service, keep retention rates high and expand current engagements. Our ideal candidate will have a comfort level with the dynamic schedule that accompanies coordinating with partners and customers across the globe in multiple time zones.
