Managing Director
This position requires a person with proven international corporate management and technical trust experience with a strong business focus and desire to succeed. You will be expected to actively involve yourself in all aspects of the business and provide guidance and input as required to grow and develop the business
You will be a results oriented individual with practical experience in the industry, able to communicate clearly and effectively with regulators, intermediaries, and colleagues alike.
Qualifications
- Will ideally hold a relevant professional qualification (e.g. TEP-Lawyer with a UK or Commonwealth qualification-ICSA-ACA-ACCA)
Knowledge-Skills-Experience
- Have at least 10 years experience in the financial services environment.
- Proven experience of marketing, developing and winning new business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure effective working relationships with contacts, clients and colleagues.
- Extensive experience of pitching and presenting to prospective and, where applicable, existing clients.
- Excellent networking and client management skills with a wide base of existing contacts in the private client trust arena.
- Strong IT skills.
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage and prioritise effectively.

- Ability to manage projects, work under pressure and meet deadlines and targets.
- Ability to work using own initiative and make decisions within BTC policies.
