Roles and responsibilities
- reporting to the China Chief Executive Officer and regionally to the Asia Chief Operating Officer for investment banking
- leading and managing the China middle office and support functions with full PNL responsibility which includes headcount and budget. The divisions are trade support, finance, settlements, client service, audit and change management
- work in close consultation with the local business heads to grow the business in compliance with local CSRC, PBOC and SAFE regulations
- extensive travelling across China and Asia for stakeholders management
Requirements
- degree and master in finance, statistics, engineering or science from a prestigious global university
- over 15 years of investment banking experience in Asia with at least 5 years in China
- Mandarin language at a fluent level is a must have with business level English
