MANAGING DIRECTOR, CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT recruitment
They are seeking to appoint a Managing Director, Corporate Development to work closely with top management and investment commitment to build an integrated investment platform fully utilizing its existing resources on a global basis.
Responsibilities
• Report to head office and investment committee on the strategic development of the group
• Source and execute direct investment opportunities on a global basis.
• Responsible for whole investment process from deal origination, valuation, appraisal, due diligence and execution etc.
• Assist in financing initiatives for group companies whereas necessary.
• Station in Shanghai is required.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Vice President.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree or above. Minimum 18 years experience gained in both capital market and / or sizeable multinational corporations.
• Strong networking, especially overseas networking is required.
• Proven track record in deal sourcing and execution, candidates with coverage in retail, consumers, luxury are preferred.
• Candidate who has in-house corporate investment experience are an advantage.
• Must be fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
