Managing Director & Head of Institutional Sales recruitment
Our client is a leading PRC investment bank in Hong Kong, which has head office Research Department to provide quality reports to support the institutional sales for the group. Their sister bank is a stated own bank and is a RMB provider. Our client is active in fund issuance, fixed income, brokerage and asset management and corporate finance activities.
The jobs
- Reporting to the CEO, responsible for equities sales to institutional investors plus the management of the sales teams, covering the prime locations.
- To strength the distribution networks.
- To integrate and rebuild institutional business, where applicable, to escalade the further the growth of the business.
- To work closely with Equity Capital Markets team
The requirements
- 10 years working experience as MD, head of institutional sales in a leading investment bank.
- Holder of a good degree in finance, business or equivalent.
- Excellent command of Putonghua (including writing) and English.
