The incumbent is responsible for the leadership and direction of BNY Mellon's Wealth Management regional sales team and is accountable for helping them

achieve both regional and individual sales goals. The incumbent will develop production goals and calling activity targets for the sales team, will oversee

implementation of this activity plan, and is responsible for the overall sales process, sales results, and staff development of team members.

S/he will act as a senior advisor in the closing of complex sales, development and budgeting of the strategic marketing plan and will represent the regional sales

team to the Regional President, Regional Managing Director of Portfolio Management, and Private Banking manager.

Qualifications

The incumbent should possess 10+ years of related experience, preferably in an investment environment, including 2+ years management experience.

S/he will have a proven track record of successful selling, problem solving, and teambuilding. An undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience

required, advanced degree preferred.
