Tasks and Responsibilities
- Manage and develop an international client portfolio
- Set up international tax structures and optimize client’ profitability through efficient tax planning
- Be in charge of tax projects for local and international clients
- Coach and supervise a team of tax professionals
- Assure knowledge sharing
- Participate in the promotion of the firm
Profile of the ideal candidate:
- 4-year Degree in Law or Economics, preferably with a Master in Tax
- Relevant experience in the tax department of an international firm or of an advisory firm
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all corporate levels
- Fluent in French or German and English (both spoken and written); Luxembourgish will be an advantage
- Extraordinary commitment to provide excellent service, self initiative and team spirit
- Excellent organization skills
