This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Personal Assistant and provide executive administrative support to the Company Chairman
In this role you will deliver superior business outcomes, assist in the effective management of underlying teams globally, coordinate activities within the group and act as a liaison with the broader business.

This role encompasses all aspects of administration support and management including:

* Diary management for Chairman
* Travel arrangements and bookings
* PR and General administrative management
* Assistance in the preparation of regular meeting papers, presentations, flyers and documents ahead of time and to the highest quality.
* Office management, department finances, file and record management, team travel requirements, Word and PowerPoint documents and presentations
* Data collection, research and special projects supporting the development of products.
* Assistance in organising functions/catering for the department.

The successful candidate will have:

* Fluent speaking in both Mandarin and English
* Bachelor Degree qualified
* At least 2 years experience in a PA/Administrative role
* Strong organisation and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail
* Self-motivation and initiative
* Good computer skills, including advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Word skills and basic Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project skills
* Ability to draft business communications
* The ability to build effective relationships
* Strong team player who performs well in highly accountable and stretch environment
* A strong team support mindset, recognising that the PA will be the outward representative for the Group
* A highly professional demeanour and presentation
* The ability to support the team's work and activities
