Tester - Manual, Functional and Integration (trade life cycle/credit/equities) - London City
No previous Finance is needed - excellent communication is a must.
A global leader of Inter-dealing Broking based in the City of London is seeking a new tester with experience within a trading environment to join their team dedicated to Manual, Functional and Integration testing of exchange systems dealing with multiple assets including credit, equities and bonds.
The current projects have increased due to a large scale scheduled migration of one of their central trading systems and you will be directly involved in this. The role will need you to document, script and plan all testing - some will be manual others automated - your background can vary as long as you have the trade life cycle exposure.
This testing role will need you to have the following skill set;
* Manual testing (essential)
* Excellent Communication
* Functional testing (essential)
* Integration testing (essential)
* Exposure to multi assets including bonds, equities and credit (desirable)
You will be part of a large scale migration project and will be expected to hit the ground running by writing test plans, test estimates and documentation. This will mean that you will be given the opportunity to working in a full trade life cycle environment on end to end testing.
