Performs Manufacturing Engineering work related to planning, tooling, and production under the direction of Sr. and Staff Engineers.

Examines processes and operations to suggest improvements.

Evaluates, develops, and organizes manufacturing plans, procedures, and requirements for the manufacturing area assigned to.

Monitors the tooling and manufacturing of the assigned to area and provides consultation and technical guidance.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 1+ year of related experience

Required:
- Must be able to identify and execute solutions for improvements within manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Ability to read and work to manufacturing specifications.
- Knowledge of root cause/corrective action.
- Microsoft Office Suite experience (Word, Excel).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Bias for action.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred:
- Continuous Improvement/Lean manufacturing experience
- Working knowledge of SAP
