In this role, you will be responsible for determining the manufacturing procedures and operation sequencing and establish tooling and gauging and machine requirements to fabricate critical parts.
In addition to preparing detailed manufacturing instructions and N/C programs to produce machined parts and sub-assemblies to meet engineering drawings and specifications, your creativity and innovation will be put to the test!
Developing and implementing efficient and cost effective processes for machining centers requires knowledge of process improvement, lean principles, N/C programming, machine tool capabilities, tooling requirements, manufacturing techniques, gauging, materials and special processes.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical field and one year experience within a high precision machine shop or Associate degree in a relevant technical field and/or significant experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or Manufacturing Engineering Technician.
Successful Candidate will have extensive Unigraphics programming experience and a high level of technical knowledge in machining and programming.
CNC Platform (UG, Part Maker, Nicam, etc...) Programming experience, including experience assisting performing setups for machining high precision hardware components on a variety of CNC equipment specifically Mazak machines.
Manufacturing Engineering experience including process improvement, lean principles, N/C programming, machine tool capabilities, tooling requirements, manufacturing techniques, gauging, materials and special processes.
Previous experience, including demonstrated ability to perform lead on new machine tool implementation and demonstrated ability to not only follow but develop and implement new processes and systemic protocols.
