Manufacturing Engineer Job in BS15 2QW, South West UK
Leading a team to deliver solutions to complex problems. Ability to guide and coach the team in application and execution of problem solving techniques and statistical analysis tools.
Programme management and project identification.
A knowledge of for this role along with the ability to influence the organisation at all levels. A demonstrated history of delivering projects is also a key requirement.
Knowledge of machining and coating processes and inspection practices is preferred but not essential. The aptitude to learn rapidly will be a necessity.
Knowledge and experience of manufacturing of complex components in an aerospace environment is preferred, but is not a prime requirement.
A high computer literacy and an ability to communicate effectively at all levels on technical issues need to be demonstrated.
