Multimatic, a premier metal component supplier, is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our successful, innovative team at our Butler, Indiana location.
This individual will have responsibility for process/machine design, tool development/design, industrial equipment support, as well as responsibility leading continuous improvement efforts in a lean manufacturing environment. Requirements include: a technical degree, minimum of 3 years experience in an automotive manufacturing environment, and experience with CAD.
Our ideal candidate will have competency with supporting plant quality initiatives and systems (FMEA, Blueprint, GDT, TS-16949), superior organizational and problem solving ability, excellent communication and computer aptitude, and the desire to strive for operational excellence through a drive for continuous improvement.
