Manufacturing Engineer
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Participate and coordinate all new product development activities
· Develop product cost estimates for new and/or modified products
· Maintain and develop standard work and detailed process work instructions
· Responsible for capital equipment justification and recommendations
· Lead Lean initiatives
· Design, develop, and specify production processes, layout, workflow, machinery, tools and equipment
· Develop work methods and operating procedures for new products and processes
· Perform ongoing analysis, time studies, etc. to identify and implement improvements in productivity
REQUIREMENTS:
· BS in mechanical or industrial engineering
· 5 years of process/manufacturing engineering experience
· Experience reading prints
· MRP experience
