Manufacturing Engineering Manager Job in Pewaukee 53072, Wisconsin US

Plans, directs and controls the implementation of manufacturing projects to maintain and upgrade equipment, tooling, processes, facilities and utilities.  Develops and coordinates capital plans for Pewaukee.  Implements new and redesigned products and processes; provides tool drawings and methods in support of project plans; develops and maintains rubber materials as required by product specifications. Supervises the Manufacturing Engineering organization for Pewaukee.  Coordinates the implementation of the long-range and strategic plans.  Responsible for product and process development projects, major systems projects, process specifications, equipment selection, facilities planning / layout and significant environmental projects to accomplish the successful implementation of the facilities’ manufacturing plans.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent, 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing engineering and business with at least 5 years of supervisory experience.  Must have a thorough knowledge of molded rubber products manufacturing, financial justification, capacity planning, safety/ergonomics and general business principles.  Proficient in Microsoft Office a must; SAP experience desirable.
