Manufacturing Equipment Installation Project Management Job in Toluca De Lerdo 50000, Estado De México Mexico
Seeking candidates experienced in managing manufacturing Process Equipment installation projects. Positions available in Toluca and San Luis Potosi areas. Candidates shall be firstly fluent in Spanish, with strong English as second language skills.
Candidates will form a team to provide construction project management and engineering support for delivery of equipment (including international and domestic shipments) through installation verification and testing.
The overall team's scope of work will include preparing bid documents, monitoring engineering activities, conducting design reviews, adherence to site safety regulations, developing project schedules, managing contractors throughout the process from procurement to installation/testing, quality and change control, and contract administration/data management.
Candidates required for the following positions:
· Construction Manager - responsible to Client for overall management of on-site activities, including for timing, resources, data reporting, and contractor management. Should have 15 years of experience in construction management / engineering within heavy industrial environment, and a degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
· Project Manager - Hands-on management of installation projects according to Project Management principles. Responsible for resource coordination, client reporting/contractor interface, as-built drawings monitoring. Should have 10 years experience in Construction Management and a degree in CM or Engineering.
· Safety Manager - will manage site construction safety program and review contractor adherence to the requirements. Will give safety orientations, monitor potential issues, and report on performance. Should be OSHA-certified with at least 5 years experience in Construction Management environment.
· Document Control - will manage all contract documents, track bid packages, prepare change orders, maintain project logs, distribute drawings/specifications, and provide other documentation support. Should be familiar with construction site environment, be highly computer-literate, and preferably have a degree in CM.
· Planner/Scheduler - will develop and maintain project schedules, prepare client-specific reporting, attend timing meetings to update schedule, and coordinate equipment shipments to project site. Should have Construction Management background and previous experience in the field.
· Field Coordinator - will serve as the focal point for field coordination, monitoring contractor schedule, safety and quality compliance, analyze reports, control site logistics, and develop punchlists to achieve project buy-off. Strong Architectural / Mechanical / Electrical background required. Degree in Engineering or CM preferred. A minimum of 10 years experience desired.
