Title Manufacturing Leadership Development Program (New or Recent Grads) Description Gain knowledge and an understanding of the plants primary entry-level management positions. Attain a well-rounded knowledge base for better decision making. Acquire basic leadership competencies for entry-level positions. Requirements * Bachelors Degree-Must be geographically mobile upon program completion. * Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business or related discipline preferred. * No experience required. * Prior co-op experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. * Ability to lead complex projects or teams. * Ability to communicate effectively through presentations and written documents. * Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and staff. Tasks * Shadow a Continuous Improvement Specialist, Technology Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, and Area Manager within the business center and perform hands-on learning activities as directed. * Learn problem solving and continuous improvement methods relative to that portion of the business center. * Write reports to demonstrate knowledge of the plants manufacturing processes, the roles and responsibilities of the support functions, and the technical knowledge of equipment and processes in a specific area. * Perform a challenge assignment in each of the designated positions. * Complete designated management and leadership courses for entry-level managers.
