Manufacturing Manager (Night) Job in Schertz 78154, Texas US
We are in search of a qualified individual for the position of Night Manufacturing Manager in our Manufacturing Facility located in Schertz, TX. The Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the Manufacturing Facility.
Some job duties would consist of but not limited to the following.
•Control operation costs to achieve company standard of "Cost per Job" in the Manufacturing Facility.
•Develop and administer training programs for associate certification and advancement.
•Monitor and maintain production and quality standards associated with the Manufacturing Facility.
•Develop and implement strategic plans to meet operating proficiency guidelines based upon projected growth potential of the Manufacturing Facility.
•Assist in the development and implementation of ongoing computer based lab maintenance programs, rollout of lab related company programs and Field support training programs.
