Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria. Provides limited feedback on assessment results. Technical + Lean Knowledge Basic - General knowledge of Lean principles, processes and tools (i. e. Continuous Flow, Accelerated Improvement Workshop, Value Stream Analysis, Takt Time, etc.). General knowledge of how to apply principles, processes and tools to various work environments to enable implementation of enterprise wide Boeing Production System (Toyota Production System). Preferred - Complete knowledge of Lean principles, processes and tools (i. e. Continuous Flow, Accelerated Improvement Workshop, Value Stream Analysis, Takt Time, etc.). Complete knowledge of how to apply principles, processes and tools to various work environments to enable implementation of enterprise wide Boeing Production System (Toyota Production System). + Process Management Skills Basic - General ability to determine the process to be used to accomplish goals, properly document processes, support people and activities, understand how to separate and combine tasks into efficient work flow, identify opportunities for synergy and integration, and simplify complex processes. Basic Qualifications For Consideration Do you have previous experience creating and delivering presentations? Typical Education/Experience Level 2 - Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 1 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Level 3 - Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Other Job related information An ability to obtain an interim and final clearance (post-start) is required for this position - US Citizenship Required or equivalent (Refer to Security Clearance Definitions link above). Position supports SIS Organization. Candidate has experience developing high performance work teams. Should demonstrate strong facilitative training, class-room training and public speaking skills, the ability to lead and implement improvement projects. Lean experience highly desirable. Skills in leading cross-functional teams, accelerating improvement, building relationships, forming consensus and managing conflict. Excellent organizer must have strong interpersonal skills, (communicator both verbal and written), promoter, listener, coach, motivator, closer. Results-oriented with accomplishment in environments of uncertainty and change. Develop and execute project plans, process improvement tools and metrics knowledge, ability to conduct assessments, provide feedback and develop action plans.
