No Security Clearance Required about security clearance definitions Position Description Develops, implements and maintains various manufacturing plans, bill of materials, work instructions and illustrations to define and document as-built configuration. Assists with development and integration of suppliers, processes, materials, data and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements. Assists in reviewing supplier data to ensure manufacturing related requirements are met. Identifies tooling requirements and initiates tooling orders based on manufacturing and engineering requirements. Assists in tooling dispositions. Investigates and resolves manufacturing related issues of limited scope. Assists with producibility assessments for part or product designs. Assists in providing input to design, manufacturing processes and manufacturing technologies to meet cost and schedules. Develops work statements and sequencing of events to support delivery commitments. Assists in the review, maintenance and monitoring of internal documents. Develops, implements and maintains various manufacturing plans, bill of materials, work instructions and illustrations to define and document as-built configuration. Develops manufacturing concepts and strategies to support business objectives. Drafts, updates and reviews processes and procedures to support business and regulatory agency requirements. Ability to differentiate production (manufacturing) processes and requirements from in-service procedures and requirements. Preferred - General knowledge of assembly and production processes, manufacturing capabilities (e.g., composites, structures), and data needed for defining delivery configurations (e.g., design definition, program directives, engineering drawings, change memos, wiring diagrams and schematics, functional tests, supplier data). Ability to differentiate production (manufacturing) processes and requirements from in-service procedures and requirements. + Drawings/Data Sys and Models Basic - Basic knowledge of drawings, data systems and models associated with supported systems/platforms. Preferred - General knowledge of drawings, data systems and models associated with supported systems/platforms. Basic Qualifications For Consideration Do you have a minimum of 6 months experience working with the Microsoft Office suite of tools? Typical Education/Experience Level 1 - AA degree in related discipline. Level 2 - AA degree in related discipline and typically 1 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
