No Security Clearance Required about security clearance definitions Position Description Develop, implement and maintain various manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions and illustrations to define and document as-built configuration. Assists with the development and integration of suppliers, processes, materials, data and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements. Assists in the reviewing or investigation of supplier data to ensure manufacturing related requirements are met. Investigates or assists in the investigation and resolution of manufacturing related issues of limited scope. Assists with producibility assessments for part or product designs. Develops work statements and sequencing of events to support delivery commitments. Assists in the review, maintenance and monitoring of internal documents. Works under general supervision. Ability to differentiate production (manufacturing) processes and requirements from in-service procedures and requirements. + Elec Parts/Mat/Processes Basic - Basic knowledge of Parts, Materials and Processes related to Electrical, Electronic, Electro-mechanical, Electro-optical commodities. Knowledge of analytical processes, construction, integration and performance evaluation. Knowledge of Parts, Materials and Processes management and control, producibility, application limitations, packaging and handling, radiation effects, reliability, failure modes, failure analysis and techniques, instrumentation, assembly and repair methods, obsolescence, drawings and fabrication, screening and qualification, derating. Preferred - General knowledge of Parts, Materials and Processes related to Electrical, Electronic, Electro-mechanical, Electro-optical commodities.
