Manufacturing Positions
Kelly Services has several temporary positions available in the South Charlotte area for experienced manufacturing candidates. You must have previous experience working in a manufacturing industry. All candidates must understand work instructions and be able to follow procedures and work in a fast paced environment. The pay rate is $10.00 per hour for most of the positions and you must be available for 2nd or 3rd shift primarily. We have 2 day shift openings. All candidates must be able to work overtime as needed including weekends. All candidates must pass a background check and drug screen prior to starting an assignment. The positions we are looking for are: Sander- 2nd shift, must have experience working with tools such as a sander. Upholstery- 1st shift, must have some experience with pulling/stretching fabrics and upholstering. Hanger-2nd shift, must be able to lift and be detail oriented, previous manufacturing experience. Cabinet Assembly-1st shift must have experience with hand and power tools, putting wood products together. Upholstery Cutter-1st shift, experience with cutting fabric, leather via patterns Masker-1st shift- detail oriented and able to work with taping products prior to painting. Must be accurate. Assembler-Must have experience with hand tools, lifting, reading work orders, detail oriented. ALL OF THE ABOVE POSITIONS PAY $10.00 per hour. Also have a need for experience machine operators on 2nd and 3rd shift- Must have experience with machines such as drill presses, lathes, CNC machines and machines used in a wood shop.
