Quality Control Inspector:

Visual/Dimensional inspector, various gages, surface plate, CMM. Layout inspection experience and CMM experience required.

Gage Inspector/Calibrator (P/T):

Seeking an experienced gage inspector to inspect, build gages to specified dimensions and perform in-house calibration. Blue print, math and computer skills required. This is a part-time position.

CNC Programming Engineer:

Seeking highly skilled and motivated programmer proficient with Mastercam, Fanuc controls. Must have experience programming and running CNC equipment including: horizontal boring mills, vertical turret lathes milling centers, vertical and cylindrical grinders. Responsible for programming, management, implementation, and operator training. Familiarity with nickel/cobalt/iron/titanium/aluminum metals required. Work to develop new repairs and improve production capabilities. Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years machining and programming experience in the Aerospace industry. Technical degree or certification in a technical discipline, and previous leadership experience a plus.

5 Axis Devlieg Milling/Boring Machine Operator:

Responsibilities include: Milling of slots, surfaces, use of boring bars, back turning and back spot facing, milling/boring holes on a radial location, maintaining tight tolerances, drilling/reaming.

Machinist/Grinder:

Responsibilities include Manual ID, OD, vertical and horizontal grinding experience; working with tight tolerances. For machining of aircraft engine components.

Bench:

Filing, blending, and assembly. Must be able to use shop math and micrometers. Must have good hand-eye coordination and experience using die grinders, hand tools, wrenches, sockets and torque specs.

Aerospace Welder Manual/Automatic:

Looking for skilled TIG welders to repair Aerospace components. Must be able to certify to AWS D17.1, and be familiar with one or more of the following, materials: Nickel, Cobalt, Titanium, Aluminum or 300/400 Stainless alloys. The ideal candidate will have previous Aerospace experience using Automated TIG welding equipment. Familiarity with Sciaky AcuWeld, W2000 A PLUS.

Thermal Spray Technician:

Operate manual and robotic thermal spray equipment to apply various coatings to aircraft components.

Maintenance Supervisor:

Responsible for maintaining the facility, equipment and grounds. Supervisor maintenance personnel and contractors. Recognize maintenance needs and determine a plan for completing work. Establish and maintain all necessary maintenance records.

Technical Program Manager:

Self starter needed to manage aircraft gas turbine engine component programs for efficiencies, quality, production flow and customer requirements. Position interfaces with various departments so good communication skills are essential. The ability to comprehend, discuss and apply detailed technical information is of importance.
