Manufacturing Team Lead We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Team Lead for a St. Louis manufacturing facility for 2nd and 3rd Shifts. Client specializes in control panels for systems integrators and equipment manufacturers located throughout the United States. They build control panels for a single piece of equipment, an entire packaging line or a complete plant. Company has engineering design capabilities or will build panels from customer-supplied design packages. Responsibilities The Manufacturing Lead is responsible for leading a team of manufacturing professionals and managing the production schedule. This includes hiring and training; evaluating work performance and providing feedback; participating in strategy formulation by providing production metrics to the management team; ensuring successful implementation of various management decisions; handling technical and administrative issues that arise; and performing special tasks as directed by the Manufacturing Manager. The Manufacturing Lead reports to the Manufacturing Manager. Experience · Five or more years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment desired, preferably in electrical equipment. · Lean manufacturing experience preferred Education · Bachelor?s degree in an engineering-related field preferred · Minimum of Associate?s degree required.
