American Crystal Sugar Company has openings for non-union, full time, limited duration Manufacturing Technician positions in our five factories in the Red River Valley – Drayton, Crookston, East Grand Forks, Hillsboro, and Moorhead. These non-union positions will work 12 hour shifts, with a wage of $15.00/hr and day one benefits! Benefits include medical, flex dollars and personal time off. Please note there is currently a union lockout in progress.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old with a HS Diploma or GED and pass entrance testing requirements, pre-employment drug test and criminal background check. Preferred candidates will have previous manufacturing or industrial experience, be able to work in an industrial setting, have a good work ethic, and good communication skills.
