Job title: Manufacturing/Process Engineer
Salary/Rate: £34000-£42000 per annum + benefits
Area: Dorset
A leading process engineering manufacturer is currently seeking the skill set of a Manufacturing/Process engineer to lead the manufacturing technology improvement initiatives to develop the manufacturing process and capability.
Day to Day duties:
• Integrate manufacturing technology projects into the operations process
• Provide engineering support across the business
• Specify appropriate equipment and carry out detailed engineering analysis of requirements
• Use knowledge of best practise to resolve technical issues
Personal specification:
• Several years industrial experience within FABRICATION/HEAT TREAMENT or HEAVY ENGINEERING
• Demonstrated ability to critically valuate manufacturing process against technical/quality needs, recommending improvement where required
• Demonstrated ability to identify and evaluate issues, ideally at the planning stage which may affect process performance and product quality
• Personal drive and determination to deliver projects within to timescales
