Manufacturing/Sustaining Engineer Job in Denver 80216, Colorado US

The Denver location has an exciting opportunity for a multi-talented, leader in a Manufacturing Engineering position. This person will utilize their expertise in engineering to plan, direct, and coordinate manufacturing processes in an industrial plant by performing the following duties. 

Duties:

Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing using various methods including time studies.

Create and modify BOM's for product releases and existing product. 

Create Assembly instructions and provide Assembly Support.

Estimate production times, staffing requirements, and related costs to provide information for management decisions.

Modify parts and product to conform to custom design requests.

Assists with the creation of customer drawings based on job requirements.

Assist production with tools and jigs to improve quality and production of parts.

Assist with part creation from obtaining quotes, submitting PIR requests and Vendor Changes Applies statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential.

-          BS in Engineering or related field and minimum 3 years manufacturing experience.

-          Effective verbal written communication skills to interface with managers, vendors, customers and peers.

-          Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, SolidWorks, Inventor AutoCAD.

-          Project management experience would be a plus
