Marine Cargo Underwriting Manager recruitment
Our client is a leading international insurance organisation and is one of the world’s largest providers of commercial insurance and reinsurance. This well established firm has a presence in over 160 countries worldwide and in view of their rapid expansion; this business requires an experienced Marine Underwriting Manager to handle the portfolio and business development of the Marine Cargo Underwriting business in Singapore.
If you are successful in your application you will be integral in developing and implementing plans to increase the premium volume and profit goals of the Marine Cargo business. Responsible for a team of 4 including 3 Senior Underwriters your responsibilities will include reviewing complex risk submissions and renewals, implementing underwriting controls and procedural changes as necessary as well as managing and developing the Marine Cargo book of business.
If you have a minimum of 10 years Marine Cargo Underwriting experience, have worked in the Singapore market, have a solid broker network and you are ready to take the next step in your career then this management opportunity should not be missed.
