Marine Operations Manager
The SeaLink Travel Group, employ over 420 people in Australia, and are looking for a Marine Operations Manager to join their team. This is an opportunity to join an award winning tourism, transport and technology company with an excellent reputation in quality products and professional customer service.
This is a key leadership position of the SeaLink Travel Group. The Marine Operations Manager will ensure the daily efficient operations, maintenance, and service levels of the Kangaroo Island ferries, whilst maintaining excellence in safety, reliability and customer service.
Reporting to the General Manager, the successful applicant will have:
Strong leadership
Sound management ability, in order to grow the business
Experience in setting and managing budgets C Ability to think strategically, logistically and analytically
Ability to build rapport and foster strong internal and
external relationships
It is preferable that the successful application will compliment
these skills by experience in all/some of the following areas:
Marine Engineering
Transport Operations/logistics
Business Management
Travel and Tourism
