Maritime and Aircraft Finance Department Analyst.
An exciting new opportunity has arisen within a tier 1 bank for a Maritime and Aircraft Finance Department Analyst.
Duties to include:
* Understand and run aircraft finance grading methodology.
* Help prepare credit applications.
* Help the negotiation and execution of documentation.
* Liaise with operations to get the transactions booked correctly.
* Undertake the KYC check on transactions.
* On-going credit monitoring of existing transactions (i.e. airline creditworthiness and collateral values), including Self-Assessment.
* Deal with amendments, waiver requests, prepayments and terminations.
* Maintenance of watch-list transactions/customers.
* Responding to regulatory and internal reporting requirements.
* Management of AFG internal models.
You will have solid experience in carrying out financial analysis and have sound credit awareness and knowledge of KYC. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Excel and Power point. Knowledge of the aviation industry would be advantageous.
This is a 12 month contract covering maternity and in return our client is willing to pay the competitive hourly rate of up to £32.
