Market Access Manager – Poland Baltics
Mission
The Market Access Manager will act as the sole external representative of the Pharma Company in Poland in order to link all parties involved in the commercialization and distribution of their drug. Firstly he/she will have to identify and coordinate local service providers, such as distributors, market research, market access, scientific boards, KOLs identification and development to increase the value and the strategic development of the company and ensure identification and funded treatments for patients. He/she will represent the company towards the stakeholders. He/she is a member of the Central and Eastern European Region Team (CEE) and reports to the Area Manager CEE, based in Switzerland.
Task:
Diagnosis and patients identification
- Explore market potential
- Identify and develop few diagnosis centers for treatment,
- Develop extensive network in order to identify KOL, physician
- Maintain close cooperation with company Medical department
- Ensure identifying and monitoring patients and put patients on treatment
Marketing
- Drive marketing and sales activities
- Work with company marketing team to drive the development of localized marketing materials
- Manage and control the implementation of local strategic activities approved in the marketing plan
Commercial and distribution
- Develop network in order to understand the best plan for distribution and plan for local commercialization
- Identify and manage service providers tasks and responsibilities
Market Access and communication
- Develop an extensive political and consultants network with specific country in order to unveil reimbursement access pathways
- Build a detailed market access plan based on market analysis and complete business review process on the segment of reimbursement, distribution, marketing, sales and all other relevant topics
- Implement such access plan/s after having been expressly empowered by the company to do so
- Initiate and develop personal relations with the main key opinion leaders influencing business of the company
Compliance Ethics
- Ensure best managed behaviours with a constant concern to meet legal, ethical and social responsibility highest standards required by the local law and culture of the company.
Professional Profile
- Master Degree (minimum) in Business Management with possible scientific background
- Min. 8 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry in regional and international marketing and sales functions or country/region general management role with growing responsibility. Management experience in a biopharmaceutical firm will be a plus
- Strong exposure in defining and deploying Pricing and Reimbursement and Market Access conditions strategies in both territories
- Experience in Hematology/Oncology is highly desirable.
- Adaptability to multicultural and international environment
- Proven ability to manage PL
- Proven track record of effectiveness as a project leader who gets results coordinating local services providers.
- People management and leadership skills,
- Fluency in Polish and English both written and oral is mandatory
- Fluency in other languages is a plus

This position will be employed either as self-employed contractor or hosted via a local contracting company and will be based in Warsaw.
This position reports to the Area Manager CEE, based in Lausanne (Switzerland).
