MARKET ACCESS SUPPORT MANAGER
Prominent Chicago bank-owned international futures, equities, and options clearing brokerage firm is looking for an experienced Market Access Support Manager.
Responsibilities
- Handle complex customer calls
- Provide trading assistance which may include execution, communication and explanation to customers regarding order validity and status types, order attributes, order routing, product and contract specifications
- Complete exchange registration documentation
- Reconcile Client – Vendor billing discrepancies
- Assist customers with questions or issues regarding their accounts received via phone and/or correspondence. Calls are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures
- Read all correspondence received, identifying the correct business area of responsibility and delegating
- Perform varied clerical functions that require research, analysis and sound decision-making
- o Examples include:
- Verification/correction of data,
Maintain accurate tracking of items processed
Qualifications
- 5 + years of work experience in the futures / securities industry
- Series 3
- Series 7
- Extensive knowledge of the functionality within each front end trading applications supported by the firm
- Knowledge of domestic exchange rules, procedures and policies
- Requires basic knowledge of the organization, products and/or services
- Must have good communication and problem-solving skills
